Welcome to Yone Arts International Foundation
Yone Arts International Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded by Paula Tin Nyo, who returned to Myanmar in 2011 as part of its intellectual diaspora and was moved by the cultural and spiritual wealth of its people.
Myanmar (formerly known as Burma) is just emerging from one of the longest running military regimes in history and its people have endured isolation, lack of resources, censorship and human rights violations. Amidst the hardship, the people of Myanmar have retained their incredible nature and are a compelling source of compassion, generosity and kindness for the rest of the world.
YAIF’s primary functions are to promote cultural exchange and educational opportunities between Myanmar and the larger global community. Our philanthropic programs bridge resources between people, corporate entities, and nations and are funded through private donations, grants and corporate sponsorships.
We are grateful for your kind attention, thoughts and action.
